Link Round-Up : Funny Stuff To Watch

My hubby and I have a great sense of humor and any time we find silly things on the worldwide web we share it with each other. I know these little comical things can be time consuming and mind numbing, yet sometimes you just need to indulge yourself!

Warning: Get ready to waste some time!

+If you like Nine Inch Nails and you like to play bingo, watch this and enjoy SORP Films humor.
+BBC certainly has an awesome sense of humor, especially when a whole show is about talking animals.
+I'm late to the game, but the honey badger doesn't give a shit!
+You've been goth blocked! This is an oldie, but still funny to watch!
+Once again BBC brings us comedy with Spine Chillers and this episode always makes me laugh. Make sure to watch all four parts!

All The Bats Are Grey

Well, it's really 'all the CATS are grey' as in the title of a Cure song off 'Faith'. But I digress, whether you spell it grey or gray, the theme for Sophistique Noir's monthly post is calling all the goths (or dark clad creatures-of-the-night) to show us your grey!

Since I already had my hair done up (in my previous outfit blog) which was still rockin' the height even after sleeping on it, so I put on one of my favorite dresses that happens to be grey AND covered in bats. Oh yes, I'm a wee bit batty. I am a sucker for anything kitschy and fun, especially a cotton, flirty and easy to wear dress. Even though I choose to wear a 'loud' print, I like to tone down everything else with solid black and add some details here and there, like with the buckles on my boots to break up the leg line and give some visual interest. The dress becomes the focus and everything else is a compliment, as when it comes to alternative styling I truly believe that you should see YOU in the clothing, not just the clothing.

I know. I know. It's that same white wall again. Unfortunately our apartment is small and pretty busy with all our home decor, that my outfits get lost when I pose anywhere but in front of this wall in my bedroom. I'm using natural lighting which is my favorite as I hate when I have to use the dreaded flash. Thanks for bearing with me while I slowly improve and some day I'll steal the better camera away from my husband. Hehe!

I wanted to show the sweet heart strapless bust on the dress, as this is a very flattering neckline for any women, yet I'm just not very comfortable in strapless. It could be the feeling of falling out (I don't have much to 'hold' a strapless dress up) or just feeling very exposed, that's why I wear a little sweater or load up on jewelry to give me a false sense of being covered up. I'm actually a pretty modest dresser, I've always been, perhaps that's why I go crazy with my hair. *Wink* I also wanted to show that I'm wearing an elastic waist belt as it's hiding the wide black band of the dress, as I wanted to emphasize my waist being that the dress is a smidge too big on me.

What I'm wearing:
Bat Attack Dress: Sourpuss Clothing
Lace back sweater: Kohl's
Leggings: Target
Buckle booties: amazon.com ($12!)
Elastic waist belt: Forever 21
Chain necklace: ????
Rhinestone cross earrings: Forever 21
Spike and pyramid stud bracelets: newest purchase from Forever 21

What are your tips and tricks for making something you wear more 'in' your comfort zone?

Thanks for reading!

Friday Night In Stripes

I have to admit I was feeling pretty good last night when I was getting ready to go to Radiation, Buffalo's once-a-month goth/industrial event. Even though I was pooped out from going out 3 times on our Michigan trip, I love our little scene and seeing all my friends, so I 'gothed up' and went out. I also left the hubby home (he was super duper clubbed out) and took two hot ladies with me to enjoy a night of dancing, conversation, and music! It was especially fun to see some of the old gang from years ago. *Smiles*

What I wore:
Dress: Dem Bones by Lip Service
Corset: Timeless Trends
Striped Blazer: Forever 21 (back patch made by me)
Black leggings: Target
Boots: Megas by Demonia, hand painted spider webs
Hair Bow: by Too Fast, gift from Miss Vanity Kills
Necklace: bone cross made by my husband
Various pins: stolen from my husband, muahahahaaha! I must have all the pins in the house!!!

Thanks to Bed Head Hard Head and a good tease job (giggity) my hair withstood incredibly high winds last night. Wooo! I'm not going to hobble around the house as my body is screaming at me. Oh well, it's always worth it.

Cocktail Friday : Luau At The Lake, Now With Photos!

My husband and I joke that there are two seasons in our household, Tiki season and Halloween season. We are in Tiki season currently as I am always dreaming of tropical beaches and summer nights during the cold winter months in Western NY. Grant it, I'm not a huge fan of baking in the hot sun as I like my pale pallor and use many tools to keep it that way! Tiki is just another part of my quirky and kitsch-lovin' personality, I always joke that it allows my inner tacky to come out.....then again a girl who covers herself in bats, spiders, and other various creepy things is pretty tacky. *Wink*

Warning: photos of copious amounts of Tiki gear, kitschy prints and LOTS of tacky vintage fashion.

Oops! They spelled my name wrong!
The husband also didn't realize Makahiki means
Christmas, LOL!

Another photo from 2010 in Lake George, NY
Luau At The Lake event
Yes my dear friends, we join other Tikiphiles at an annual event called Luau at the Lake which takes place in Lake George, NY. The event is held at the Tiki Resort hotel for a weekend of drinking, socializing and enjoying a luau dinner and Polynesian show. Though the Tiki shirts, mu-mu's and tropical hair adornments are optional, my husband and I enjoy hunting for vintage Hawaiian fashions and letting our inner tacky run a-muck! It's something we love to do together and often share our love of everything Tiki with a small group of friends here in Buffalo.

More pictures?! Don't mind if I do!

Luau at the Lake 2011. Enjoying a cocktail outside our hotel room

We were the most matched table at the luau! The hubster got cut off :(
One of the cocktails we tried at the Tiki Resort's bar was Trader Vic's Grog. Here is a recipe I looked up on the interwebz. This one is super yummy, but I'm a sucker for anything with passionfruit juice as one of the ingredients.

2 oz. Jamaican Rum
1 oz. Pineapple Juice
1 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
1 oz. Passionfruit Juice
Dash of Angostura Bitters

Shake and pour into 16-ounce or old-fashioned glass (or Tiki mug!) filled with shaved ice. Garnish with a cherry and serve with a straw.

Aloha friends!!

Shoes! OMG! : Apple Juice Flats by Sugar

Striped flats! These darling Apple Juice flats by Sugar stole my stripey lovin' heart. Who said wearing a pair of little flats has to just be comfy, they can also be adorable! I can see these stripey little numbers paired with a cute black lacy skirt, or paired with a comfy pair of jeans for running around to do errands. I also love the buckle detail which adds a little 'bad ass' to an otherwise cutesy shoe. The Apple Juice flats come in green/black, pink/black, and grey/black, yay!!!

Wednesday Link Round-Up : Playing Catch Up

Amazing truck we saw at the Dixieland Flea Market

Phew! I've been on a small vacation with friends for the past week and I'm back home. We traveled from Buffalo, NY to Michigan state to visit my friend's family, go clubbing, and my husband worked a little while we were there. Despite having a blast, it's good to be home!

We did some shopping while we were in Michigan and I got to take a look at a few things at Hot Topic. Whether you love or hate the store (in my mind) it serves a purpose for satisfying my, "I want something NOW", retail therapy. Here are a few items that caught my eye.....

+They are calling the goths back with these dangling cross earrings. The more crosses the better!
+Little spiders on stockings! These are a great way to infuse some spooky spiders into an outfit without screaming, "HALLOWEEN".
+This studded accent belt is only $3.99!
+I saw these hair bows in black at the store, nicely made and super duper cute!

Alright darlings, I'm sure you're all scowling at me because I linked you to the dreaded HOT TOPIC OF DOOOOOOOM, but Hot Topic will never be what it was years ago. The store serves a purpose as it still has some spooky undertones and when they have a sale you can get things for dirt cheap. I treat the store just like any other trendy juniors clothing store, if it's not your clothing style=check out the accessories, if you don't fit into anything=shop for stockings, hair doo-dad's, or lipstick. The moral of this all is, don't rule out any store as you never know. I shop everywhere to find deals and even though I prefer to support the 'little guy', those little cheapie's make my wardrobe diverse and give me some DIY projects to work on.

PS-I see that this blog is all black, I'm keeping that way as it's spookier. Haha! *Wink*

Valentine's Day Fashion

The husband and I ventured out into the world this year for Valentine's Day, something we usually avoid as I hate crowds and people are out in droves on this specific day. I think you get my point. Derek surprised me with dinner reservations to our favorite Indian restaurant, Tandooris. We dined, we laughed and I watched my husband drink two very spicy cocktails, ouch! I also love Tandooris, as no matter what day you go all the ladies leave with a red rose, how awesome is that?!

Here's what we both wear to dinner:

Derek is so dapper!

What Derek wore:
Black suit coat and black velvet vest-by I.N.C from Macy's men's store (he always has good luck shopping there)
Black and white striped dress shirt by Lip Service-a gift from me purchased new from eBay a few years ago
Burgundy Tie-department store purchase
Black pants-department store purchase
Wingtip creepers by Demonia-purchased from a 2nd hand store
Tombstone tie tack purchased from Dabble Designs-a gift from me!

What I wore:
Black corduroy blazer (yes, corduroy! it's warm)-thrift store find (the sleeves are a little short on me, story of my long armed life, ahaha!)
Burgundy and black striped button up with giant bow and rhinestone button detail-Forever 21, $7 on clearance
Black skinny jeans with ankle zippers-Old Navy $9 on clearance
Black witch boots-purchased from etsy's vintage section, I think I paid $20
Rhinestone bird brooch-a gift from a friend. I like the extra 'pop' of sparkle on a black jacket.
I'm also wearing a hair bow with a rhinestone detail, it gives my hair a little more feminine touch.

I usually would wear a dress or a skirt at any chance I get, but I was cold and I was having one of those 'I don't like the way I look in anything' sorta days. My go-to dinner outfits are a button-up top and a blazer, add some sparkle and Voila! Now where's that wine......

As a side note-I recommend every woman own a nice blazer and/or jacket, you can find them everywhere from thrift stores to Target to a trendy mall store. It's an easy addition to skirt's, dresses, pants, skinny jeans, etc. It emphasizes your waist and gives a nice silhouette, blazers aren't just for business types! Then again this is coming from the women who has a slight jacket obsession *Wink*.

Cocktail Friday : Flirtini

This week's Cocktail Friday recipe is the Flirtini Cocktail which, ummmmm, apparently is mentioned on Sex And The City?! AHHHHH!!!! I know the drink from being mentioned in The Mighty Boosh, one of my favorite British comedies, so I looked up the recipe for a belated Valentine's inspired cocktail. Sorry I never watched Sex And The City.....never.

1 oz. Vodka
2 oz. Champagne
2 oz. Pineapple juice

Combine vodka, champagne and pineapple juice in a highball or collins glass filled with ice.

This would  make a great cocktail for a entertaining a group of people, mmmmm! *Hiccup* Mmmmm!

Shoes! OMG! : Bettie Page Oxford Creeper Wedges

I had mixed feelings when I saw the Bettie Page Oxford Creeper Wedges by Ellie Shoes, mostly due to the fact that these shoes are both amazing and pretty damn tacky. Oh! did I mention I love tacky? *Wink* I could see this shoe style paired with a nice pencil skirt and top, a cute (but creepy) babydoll dress or with a pair of jeans for everyday. I love creepers, so I think I may need to add these beauties to my shoe collection.

Wednesday Link Round-Up : Music!

This week is dedicated to music! Wooooo! I can't get enough, I can't live without it, and I certainly consider myself a music lover! Some of my favorite styles of music are; goth, industrial, post-punk, punk, deathrock, gothabilly, psychobilly, swing, surf, 90s dance music and a whole mess of other cheesy goodness. I am linking you to some bands that I have been enjoying as of late.

+If you love dark post-punk, check out The Rope.
+The Acid Bats are a deathrock band from Mexico who are worth a listen too.
+Often compared to The Cure and also covering their song, 'Upstairs Room', Veil Veil Vanish is an amazing band from San Francisco
+Hailing from the eerie shores of Ohio's great lake, Cult of the Psychic Fetus is not only one of my most favorite bands, they helped to define the gothabilly genre.
+Another deathrock band I enjoy Eyaculacion Post Mortem, has a hard name to say with a really nice sound.
+Check out Selebrities, I'm sure they will get your feet moving.

Happy music listening!

Be My [Bloody] Valentine

Victorian valentine image from google search

Happy Valentine's Day everyone! While I personally do not put a lot of emphasis on February the 14th of every year, I hope you enjoy your day regardless of being single or being "taken". If you're a scornful one who balks at the sight of lovers embraced on this particular eve or you may be sulking as you didn't receive a cheesy stuffed animal with balloons saying, "Be Mine", I have a cure for you! My dear friend Miss Vanity Kills writes about this very subject in her, The Vanity Kills All Purpose Guide To Stop Feeling Sorry For Yourself On Valentine's Day. She gives you a lot of ideas on how to enjoy your Valentine's Day while you are single and to not 'rub it in' to others if you do indeed have a suitor. I have to quote my favorite line from her whole article,
Sitting on the pity pot=FAIL!

Oh, I love Miss Vanity Kills snarky humor and advice! Besides, it's Valentine's Day and everything is red and covered in hearts, just wait till everything goes on sale and ransack the retail world! Chocolates 50% off, why thank you very much! Cute little red heart plates, well those will match my kitchen! Lacey bras and panties on sale, don't mind if I do! That's how I look at the upside of over commercialized retail holidays, wait for the sales, sales, SALES!

Regardless of what you may (or not do), don't have a pity party table for one or put too much pressure on one day, enjoy it and have some candy, mmmmmm!

Makeup Time!

I have to admit I read a lot of makeup reviews, tutorials, etc., but I'm still pretty much a novice moving into an intermediate "makeup person". I've always been more into hair and experimenting with different styles and techniques than anything else, so I'm not really keen on the lingo or any special makeup applications. I used to keep my makeup routine for going out simple and my day-to-day even simpler. I've always marvelled at my girlfriend's who can pull off elaborate looks using a million colors and not turning out like a clown, ahem, like I usually do. With that being said I've been purchasing things here and there to help me with my "makeup journey" as I like to call it.

My most recent purchases (from left to right):
Smashbox  Halo Hydrating Perfecting Power & brush set in Fair-purchaed from Amazon.com retails at Sephora for $59, I paid $35.
Revlon Photoready Airbrush foundation in 01 Vanilla-purchased at Ulta for $12.99
NYX Studio Liquid Liner in Extreme Black-purchased at Ulta for $5.99

Let me give you a little background on my skin experience and how it is today. When I was a teenager I didn't have extremely bad acne, yet I did have little white heads on my forehead, nose and chin, I was extremely pale (still am!) and with having rosacea , I always embarrassed by my skin. I wore heavy coverage foundation in the lightest color I could find (at the time it was Clinique and the brand Prescriptives) with a green corrective cover-up under the foundation and then powdered the crap out of my face to make it "look natural". I hated makeup, I hated spending my part-time high school job money on expensive brands because I was too pale to wear the $5.99 Maybelline foundation that made my skin look orange. I went through this for years and even though my skin did improve, it took my boyfriend at the time to say, "You have beautiful skin, just you don't need all that makeup". So, at 19 I stopped wearing foundation all together, but still continued using cover up and powder. Now, somewhere along the line as I got into my later 20s my rosacea came back in full force and I started getting cystic acne here and there which resulted in scarring my face. WHAT THE HELL, I'm 28 this shouldn't be happening! Well kiddies, I'm in my 30s and now I'm back on the foundation train looking for something that doesn't dry out my sensitive dry skin (which I moisturize and drink lots of water and do not over product my face).

Okay girl, shut up and talk about the products!

I've been told dry skin+powder foundations=bad news. Well, I have tried a few things paired with the Cargo Onebase I've been using for a year now, which is AMAZING if you don't like full foundation, but I had yet to find anything that really made my skin feel and look good as the Smashbox Halo Hydration Power does. I was skeptical as other powder foundations did make my skin feel very dry towards the end of the day, but this Smashbox product glides on smoothly, doesn't sit on top of the skin, or look cakey. I have to say I'm pretty sure I will be buying this one again. But I will warn you, it's not for heavy coverage, you can build the coverage with the product, but I suggest pairing it with a concealer for your problem areas.

I decided to give the Revlon Photoready Airbrush mouse foundation a try while I was browsing the aisles at Ulta, as I had the Revlon Photoready makeup foundation along with the powder (which both are okay, but a little drying for me), so I thought mouse would be more hydrating. The jury is still out on this one. The pros are; the product is light in texture, the 01 Vanilla seems to match my pale skin pretty well, and a little goes a long way. The con's are; blending is a little difficult and it can look cakey, dries out my skin after about an hour of wear unless I use a heavy moisturizer paired with a primer, it sorta smells weird, and I'm not quite sure if I should apply with a sponge or foundation brush as it seems to not blend well with either. I do wear this out to the dark clubs as it looks great in low light settings and in pictures as it is from the Photoready line. It's a good alternative to models who can't afford Smashbox or Makeup Forever foundations, but I wouldn't recommend this foundation for everyday wear.

NYX Cosmetics is one of my favorite makeup brands, I love their prices and I can afford to spread my wings and experiment without leaving a large hole in my pocket. I picked up the Studio Liner in Extreme Black as I'm on the hunt for a nice liquid eyeliner, for some reason I've tried several brands and I'm just not liking the formula, the applicator, or it's just not black enough. I've been wearing liquid liner since about 14, so I'm not a stranger to what I like and dislike. The NYX Studio Liner is a fail. I have to say the brush sucks, the liquid is clumpy and it rubbed off even though I put a clear base coat over it! ACK!

I know I'm not the only one with makeup woes, what do you like to use?

Deathrock Baking : Pumpkin Cupcakes

I did some baking for my husband's birthday and he requested something that would fit with his Weight Watchers diet. I have to admit I was sort of shocked and proud that when I offered to make his favorite, Shoo-fly Pie, he passed! I knew with my super wife-y powers I needed to whip up something delicious and full of flavor. I turned to my favorite food blog, Skinny Taste and tried her Pumpkin Cupcakes with Pumpkin Spiced Cream Cheese Frosting recipe. Pumpkin cupcakes in February?! Silly, "Everyday is Halloween"!

Got my ingredients ready!
Wearing my cupcake apron

I'm calling this blog "Deathrock Baking" as I was listening to Christian Death while I baked and laughing to myself while I wore my cute and colorful cupcake apron. Hey! Even us 'dark clad creatures of the night' need a cheery apron. *Wink* I was also imagining myself trying to bake with my mohawk in my face, hrrmmm...perhaps I could get my own cable access show?!

Fresh from the oven
After dancing in the living for 20 minutes, the cupcakes were done! I did let them cool down like a good girl, but the pumpkin spice smell taunted me the whole time. Mmmmmmm! The reason why I love this recipe is that there are no eggs or oil used, I know, I was a little shocked too. They came out moist and fluffy, perfect! These cupcakes taste delicious alone, but with the pumpkin spice cream cheese frosting they are sinfully good. Don't fret my pets, they are only 3 points a piece on Weight Watchers and would be awesome if you're giving Bat Fit a try.

The husband was happy (and so were the guys at the [tattoo] shop) and I have another recipe to add to my growing list of healthy and tasty eats. Yahoooooo!

Do you have any healthy baking tips or recipes to share with the deathrock baker? Hahahaha!

February's Homework Assignment : "I Forgot I Even Own This"

Oh! The Le Professeur Gothique's February homework assignment, "I forgot I even owned this!", was a pretty easy assignment to complete. I dug deep into the back of the closet and pulled out a few things that I didn't necessary "forget" I owned, but I know I haven't worn these garments in quite a few years.

I know you're all yelling at me saying, "Why in the world would you not wear this dress more often?!". My answer, "I dunno", hahahaaaa! It's a very memorable dress with the bright red color and black stripes, I guess I just don't want to wear out it's welcome.

Dress is by Shawna Hofman purchased on our San Francisco trip from the wonderful boutique, Five and Diamond. Witchy boots purchased from etsy's vintage section and "fishnet" leggings from Walmart.

Lovely hair creation by my friend Dolly from Dungaree Dolly, they are black Calla Lilies as she knows they are my favorite flower, well the white ones are anyway. *Wink* Black Rose Bud Earrings (a gift) from Rocklove Jewelry.

Onto the second outfit of misfit clothing..............................................................................

Ack! PVC (vinyl) never really photograph's well with a typical point-n-shoot camera. Anywho, the skirt is a custom made Gallery Serpentine skirt that I ordered about 8 years ago? (DAMN!) It is an amazing skirt, very high quality, yet can be cumbersome to wear. I'm just not really into long skirts any more, but I do like it paired it with Lip Service lace jacket and corset. Hrmmmm......I may have to wear this out!
The corset was purchased (new) from eBay for $20, made by Heavy Red. The corset is a relatively new purchase and I have not worn it out, yet it did appear on a model for a photo shoot. The white satin and black lace jacket was purchased a few years ago off eBay and it is a sample from a seller who sells Lip Service's samples and close outs. It's a lovely jacket, but it is flawed and as you can see in the left picture the right shoulder sorta droops. The jacket is also pretty big on me, but I think paired with corset it makes a nice silhouette.

Thanks for reading! Check out the Le Professeur Gothique's blog to learn more about how to join in on the fun!

Cocktail Friday : Singapore Sling

Picture of my dear husband and I (a few months ago), but that's the face I feel in love with. Hahaha!

Happy Friday everyone! This week's Cocktail Friday is inspired by the delicious drink I had at a local restaurant called Vera Pizzeria. I took Derek there for his 38th birthday and we dined on delicious pizza and Pre-Prohibition cocktails. The restaurant's barman make these concoctions using tradition techniques and fresh ingredients (you won't find sour mix in these drinks!) to make wonderful libations. Next time I would like to sit at the bar and watch all the magic happen! So, without further adieu, the Singapore Sling.....

This recipe is invented by Mr.Ngiam Tong Boon, bartender at the legendary Raffles Hotel in Singapore sometime around 1915.

1 ml gin
1/2 ml Heering® cherry liqueur
4 ml pineapple juice
1/2 ml lime juice
1/4 ml Cointreau® orange liqueur
1/4 ml benedictine herbal liqueur
1 - 2 tsp grenadine syrup
1 dash Angostura® bitters Mix all in a shaker and pour in glass filled with ice. Garnish with a slice of pineapple and cherry.

Mix all in a shaker and pour in glass filled with ice. Garnish with a slice of pineapple and cherry.

Mmmmmm! I enjoyed this exact recipe at Vera Pizzeria and I LOVED it. Can't I have one for breakfast? Pretty please?! *Wink*

Shoes! OMG! : Jagger Boots

In honor of my husband's birthday today, I choose a pair of men's boots that I adore, the Jagger Boots by John Fluevog. Though my husband enjoys a nice pointed boot with a Cuban heel, I think these would be a little too 'rock n' roll' for his tastes, but I would wear them. *Wink*

Link Round-Up : Support Independent Designers and Stores

Miss Elizabeth and myself wearing our husband's fez's. We're enjoying a bit of bowling.

This week I wanted to share some of my favorite independent designers and stores that I love. Supporting the little guy is good for the soul and makes you sexier (in my honest opinion). *Wink*

+What a tangled web we weave, and I may need this dress from Sourpuss Clothing. Too cute!
+Post Apocalyptic fashion never looked so good!
+You will fall in love with Martha Rotten's designs. I'll take one of each please!
+I simply adore a good bustle!
+So many graphic options, so little time. Treat yourself ;)

Just Another Friday Night.....

Just another Friday night outing to a goth/industrial night. I particularly liked how I styled my hair, teased the mohawk up and back, I looked like I was going really fast. Haha! Of course, I look really thrilled in the bottom photo or am I trying to be spooky? Who knows! This outfit is a good example of how I like to wear animal prints to the club.

What I wore:
D.I.Y Vest-base of the vest is from Switchblade Stiletto (new-ebay $10)
Black lace ruched top-Charlotte Russe
Zebra Body Con skirt-Charlotte Russe
Leggings-Hot Topic (gift)
Pointy buckle booties-Amazon.com ($12!)
Various accessories-from various places (ebay, thrifting, gifts, etc)

I am wearing short boots to the club (which sucked to dance in) as my husband finished up my leg piece earlier in the week:

My sexy burlesque-a-mingo on my right leg. I do love pink flamingo's! *Wink*

Cocktail Friday : Beetlejuice! Beetlejuice! Beetlejuice!

Oh yeah! A cocktail named Beetlejuice? Who needs to know why it's called Beetlejuice, just make it, drink it, and yell out "Beetlejuice, Beetlejuice, BEETLEJUICE!". I neat idea would be to host a little movie and cocktail party, watch Beetlejuice and serve the Beetlejuice cocktail's. Can I come to the party? Well, too bad I'll come scratching at your door anyways. *Wink* Hehe!

1/2 oz. Vodka
1/2 oz. Melon Liqueur
1/2 oz. Blue Curacao
1/2 oz. Raspberry Liqueur
1/2 oz. Cranberry Juice
Sour Mix

Fill tall glass with ice and pour the vodka. Fill the glass 3/4 full with Sour Mix and then pour in the rest of the ingredients one at a time. Garnish with a pineapple spear and a cherry.
